can it go on much longer ????(I, as the hapless Muscovy commander asked myself)

desperate times, half the army was destroyed and they were snapping at the heels of the rest..one cannot rember who gave the order to flee but the Muscovy right flank cavalry are doing a good job..

the Polonianas closing in..
and then a tearful Makarov fell from his horse in a faint and a surrender was taken..
12 brigades of foot destroyed or captured. a gun battery and 3 Cossack brigades destroyed..there will be peeling of bells and Te Deums across Polonia, Vandenburg and Munchhausen..a massive Polonian victory..and the end of two years of conflict, now onto the Council of Kremsmunster and the hammering out of a peace traty...

Well, just so you don't feel too bad one of the three Vandenburg columns never actully got into combat, didn't even get to fire a shot....
